JOB SUMMARY

Location: Dallas - Galleria, TX, US
Description: CISA, CIA - I T Professional

Basic Functions:

. Analyze bills for accuracy, placing accounts in dispute with vendors accordingly.
. Review all bills and CSRs for accuracy.
. Compare billed rates to contract rates.
. Follow up and negotiate all disputed items to completion.
. Document all financial benefits.
. Prepare specific service "recommendations and findings" reports.
. Implement consolidated billing and coordinate information from vendors on electronic billing.
. Interact with all telecommunications, information technology vendors to acquire supporting documentation necessary  for accurate inventory entries.
. Validate savings.

Requirements:
Accounting or Finance Degree.
CISA and/ or CIA highly desirable.

. Minimum 2 year working for Telco or Carrier in Customer Care or Billing.
. Advanced Knowledge of telecommunications, information technology products and services, including reading and understanding Customer Services Records (CSRs).
. Excellent organizational and negotiating skills - with clients and vendors.
. Basic to intermediate knowledge of PC software packages and web based applications.
. Must demonstrate the ability to stay current technically to keep pace the many changes taking place in the Telecommunications & I T industries.
